  • You are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to act on behalf of a business or organization.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Services We Provide

Innovative Printing Systems provides professional on-site printer-related services, which may include:

  • Printer repair
  • Printer diagnostics
  • Printer installation and configuration
  • Network and wireless printer setup
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Printer troubleshooting
  • Replacement of compatible parts
  • Scanner and multifunction printer repair
  • Business and home office printer service
  • Equipment inspections
  • Equipment consultations

All services are performed in person at the customer's location. We do not provide remote or telephone-based services. Service availability may vary by location.

5. Service Requests

Submitting a service request through our Website, by telephone, or by email does not guarantee acceptance or immediate scheduling. Appointments are subject to repairman availability, geographic service coverage, equipment type, business hours, parts availability, weather conditions, and other operational considerations. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

6. Estimates

Any pricing displayed on our Website or communicated before inspection should be considered an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary depending upon printer condition, required labor, required replacement parts, additional diagnostics, travel requirements, and unexpected repair complexity. Customers will be informed of material pricing changes before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible. We charge only when the reported issue has been resolved; if we are unable to resolve the reported issue during the visit, there is no charge for that visit.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information.
  • Provide accurate service addresses.
  • Describe equipment issues honestly.
  • Ensure repairmen have safe access to equipment.
  • Provide access to electrical power when necessary.
  • Remove confidential documents from printers before service where appropriate.
  • Maintain appropriate backups of printer settings and connected systems if applicable.

Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or applicable service charges.

8. Appointment Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates only. Although we strive to arrive within scheduled windows, circumstances beyond our control — such as traffic, weather, emergency service calls, equipment availability, parts availability, and safety concerns — may result in delays. We appreciate your understanding if scheduling adjustments become necessary.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in future scheduling limitations or applicable service fees where permitted by law.

10. Service Completion

A repair is considered complete when the repairman has completed the agreed work, the customer has had an opportunity to inspect the completed work where reasonably possible, and the printer has been tested based on the identified issue. Some intermittent or unrelated issues may not be detectable during a single service visit.

11. Replacement Parts

Repairs may require replacement components. Depending on availability, replacement parts may include new components, refurbished components, compatible replacement components, or manufacturer-approved equivalents where available. Component availability varies by printer model and market conditions. If necessary parts cannot reasonably be obtained, Innovative Printing Systems reserves the right to discontinue repair attempts after informing the customer.

12. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, bank transfers, and business accounts (where approved). Late payments may be subject to applicable collection procedures and any legally permitted fees or interest.

13. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes, service taxes, or other governmental charges may be added where required by law. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with services provided.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in writing, Innovative Printing Systems does not guarantee that every printer can be repaired. Some printers may have obsolete parts, manufacturer limitations, hidden internal damage, previous improper repairs, or irreparable failures. Repair recommendations are based upon professional judgment at the time of inspection. Any warranty provided will be governed by the separate Warranty Policy where applicable.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where expressly stated in writing, all services, information, and materials provided by Innovative Printing Systems Inc. are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of information
  • Continuous availability of the Website
  • Error-free operation of the Website
  • Compatibility with all equipment
  • Uninterrupted service

We do not warrant that every printer can be repaired or restored to full operational condition. Certain repairs may be limited by manufacturer design, availability of replacement parts, previous damage, age of equipment, software limitations, or obsolete hardware.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innovative Printing Systems Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, repairmen, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the Website, printer failures and equipment downtime, loss of business, profits, revenue, or productivity, loss of data and business interruption, delayed repairs and parts availability, third-party actions, software conflicts, hardware failures, security incidents, or natural disasters. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innovative Printing Systems Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, repairmen, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, judgments, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, your negligence, your misuse of our services, your violation of applicable law, information you submit through the Website, or damage caused by customer equipment unrelated to our services.

18. Equipment Condition

Our repairmen perform repairs using commercially reasonable care and professional judgment. However, due to the nature of electronic equipment, printers may contain hidden defects, existing damage, manufacturer defects, wear from normal use, previously repaired components, or undetected electrical failures. Innovative Printing Systems shall not be responsible for unrelated failures that occur before, during, or after service when such failures are not caused by our negligence.

19. Customer Data

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their own data before requesting service. Although printer repairs generally do not involve customer files, we recommend backing up important data, removing confidential documents from printer memory where applicable, and securing sensitive network information. Innovative Printing Systems is not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failures, existing defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. Force Majeure

Innovative Printing Systems Inc. shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, floods, fires, and earthquakes; government actions and labor disputes; internet outages and utility failures; transportation disruptions; epidemics and pandemics; supply chain interruptions; cybersecurity incidents; and acts of terrorism and civil unrest. Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably possible after the event has ended.

21. Website Availability

We strive to keep the Website available at all times; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. The Website may become temporarily unavailable due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, software and security updates, server failures, technical issues, cybersecurity events, internet disruptions, or third-party hosting interruptions. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

28. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
